I completed my Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2009. I am certified to teach at the secondary level: Biology and General Science. I taught eight years in Winnemucca, NV; five years at Dayton, NV, and currently at Eagle Valley (10 years). 

You will need a spiral notebook, calculator, protractor, metric ruler, colored pencils, and pencil or black pen for the year. You will occasionally need a glue stick or tape to insert objects into your journal. 

Be ready to learn everyday.
