Girls Physical Education

Welcome to Girls Physical Education
This year, all grades will be involved in various sports and activities to promote physical health. The girls will be taking the National Physical Fitness Challenge to track their progress throughout the year. This is individualized, as each girl strives to either reach the National level or Presidential level of fitness in each area by the end of the year. The areas tested are endurance, speed/agility, upper body strength, core strength, and flexibility.

About Me
I grew up in Washington and Southern California. My husband & I met while teammates on the track team in college. He grew up in Carson City, so we moved back here to raise our sons. I have taught Social Studies, Math, English, and Physical Education while at EVMS. I enjoy coaching volleyball at EVMS, as well as coaching Track & Field at Carson High.
