At EVMS, we engage, empower, and inspire students by creating an academic and behavioral foundation of competence for high school and beyond, helping them develop the skills and mindsets of effective learners, take ownership of their growth, and succeed in school, career, and life. 

We engage students in productive cognitive struggle and meaningful learning experiences that challenge them to explore new educational pathways, produce meaningful results, expand their capabilities, and inspire their future academic, career, and life goals. 

We empower students to be intent on learning, take ownership of their growth, and advocate for their own education, preparing them for success in high school and beyond. 

We inspire students to demonstrate integrity and understand how their behavior, character, and choices in school connect to success in the workplace and throughout life.
